We have decided to move our events from May/June 2019 to September 2019. We are making arrangements with the venues now to adjust these dates. Once we have dates to share, we will broadcast this information on our social media sites and on this site. This article will also be updated. All submissions are still considered and will be notified accordingly.
We are also merging SARCE Attic AUS 2019 into SARCE AUS 2019. Please see more information here.

Some information has been edited to reflect new updated information.
Thank you very much for submitting your hard work to our film festival SARCE (Shiz Annual Red-Carpet Events). We love reviewing your movies and will be making final decisions within a week. You will receive another Email from FilmFreeway workflow services if your film is selected or not.
This year, we are hosting three events:
SARCE AUS 2019 – In Kyle (near Austin) TX
SARCE Attic AUS 2019 – In Austin TX (to be merged into SARCE AUS 2019)
SARCE LAX 2019 – Near Hollywood (Los Angeles) CA
We will be postponing our events from May/June 2019 to September 2019. Currently, the venues are working with us to set new dates and times. SARCE AUS 2019 is going to be on September 21, 2019 at EVO Entertainment in Kyle TX, 10 miles South of Austin. For SARCE LAX 2019, we are working a on a new date September 14, 2019 and a new venue somewhere in the Hollywood area, CA. The details are being worked out. Once the dates are set and the auditoriums are booked with the required down payment, we will broadcast the new times, dates, and locations on our social media sites, SARCE official website https://www.sarce.us/ , FilmFreeway, and Email to all Selected submitters.
Please also visit https://filmfreeway.com/submissions/my_submissions in a few days to see if your film has been selected for SARCE. We will be making are final decisions by Tuesday night, April 16, 2019.
On our film festival pages on FilmFreeway, you will see an August 3, 2019 date for final selection. We have extended our dates to Waiver Only submissions through July 2019. Those films will be selected separately if submitted after April 16, 2019.
SARCE Attic AUS 2019 was going to be an event to itself. Due to low submissions, we are going to select a few of the films and mesh them into the SARCE AUS 2019 event with a new category “ATTIC.” A DCP package will be needed for these submissions.
SARCE LAX and SARCE AUS are two separate events with different movie submissions. Some of you submitted for both festivals, we appreciate that. If you want to attend both, please do. Austin is a beautiful city of diversity, art, live bands, and culture. Los Angeles (Hollywood) is a hot mess, but very diverse, great food, awesome theaters, great theme parks, and the culture is explosive.
